Estamos a punto de comenzar un nuevo año y, con él, seguro que llega una lista de “buenos propósitos” que quieres cumplir. Para hacerlo más fácil, hemos rescatado esta lista de viajes publicada por Reuters que se corresponden a objetivos para llevar a cabo con el cambio de año y seleccionado aquellos que nos parecen más interesantes. ¿Cuál es el que mejor se adapta a tus planes para este 2017?

1. Reduce el estrés en las playas del Caribe

Playas de arena blanca, palmeras y un mar interminable, la mejor recera para relajarte. A ello le añadimos la calidez y hospitalidad de los habitantes del Caribe y estás prácticamente en el cielo.

2. Pasa más tiempo en familia visitando Quebec (Canadá)

Un buen destino para divertirse toda la familia es la ciudad de Quebec a finales de enero y principios de febrero, coincidiendo con el Carnaval de Invierno de la ciudad; una fiesta perfecta para los más pequeños en la que crear esculturas con la nieve, realizar paseos en trineo, patinar sobre hielo y, en definitiva, disfrutar del aire libre.

3. Haz más ejercicio en las Dolomitas (Italia)

Aunque Italia sea un destino comúnmente asociado a la buena comida y el arte, también es el destino perfecto para hacer deporte. Sobre todo si te acercas a las Dolomitas, las montañas que se encuentran al noreste del país. Allí puedes practicar senderismo, esquí de fondo a la vez que disfrutas del relax que ofrecen los múltiples centros spa de la zona.

4. Come mejor en Tokio (Japón)

Si lo que quieres es comer sano y disfrutar de la gastronomía, te proponemos una alternativa a la perfecta dieta mediterránea. Y se trata de la comida japonesa… de verdad. Viajar a Tokio significa alimentarse con productos frescos y sin procesar, repleta de arroz, pescado y especias, la mayoría de los cuales contienen poco o nada de grasa.

White sand beaches, palm trees and an endless sea, the best spot to relax. And then we add the warmth and hospitality of the inhabitants of the Caribbean and you are practically in heaven.

2. Spend more time with the family visiting Quebec (Canada)

A good destination for family fun is Quebec City in late January and early February, ocurring simultaneously with the city’s Winter Carnival; A perfect party for the little ones and a chance to create sculptures in the the snow, to go on  sleigh rides, to ice skate, in short, to enjoy the outdoors.

3. Get more exercise in the Dolomites (Italy)

Although Italy is a destination commonly associated with good food and art, it is also the perfect destination for sports. Especially if you approach the Dolomites, the mountains located on the northeast of this beautiful country. There you may go hiking, cross-country skiing and enjoy the relaxation supplied by the many spa centers in the region.

If you want to eat healthy and enjoy gastronomy, we propose an alternative to the perfect Mediterranean diet. And it’s about Japanese food … real japanese food. Traveling to Tokyo means feeding on fresh, unprocessed produce, packed with rice, fish and spices, most of which contain little or no fat.
