«Delicatessen with love», traditional dishes from a grandmother

Hay un recuerdo que persiste en nuestra memoria durante toda nuestra vida, aquellos platos que nos preparaba nuestra abuela. El fotógrafo Gabriele Galimberti ha querido capturar abuelas de todo el mundo junto con los platos que le prepararon. Un total de 58 abuelas que cocinaron desde un pastel de chocolate, mjadara o fejoada hasta un asado argentino, kuoshry o queso humacha. Bajo el título de «Delicatessen with Love«, el fotógrafo italiano demostró a su abuela que se puede comer bien por todo el mundo si se prepara la comida con amor.
