At home with Waris

¿Has visto The Darjeeling Limited?

Waris Ahluwalia is not an actor. Well, not kind of a 100%. Have you watched The Darjeeling Limited?

House of Waris is the name of the website where Waris Ahluwalia feels at home on the Internet. Have you ever been there? To be honest, I found much more information after googling his name. «Follow this guy», said the article published in the Spanish Vanity Fair. I so I Did.

Waris Ahluwalia is a multi-tasking kind of guy. Accidental jewellery designer, sometime actor and frequenter of New York’s style-setting scene, he recently opened a pot up tea room in New York’s most fashionable neighborhood: Meatpacking. But not only:

» ‘I love history,’ says Waris. ‘My inspiration for everything I do is love and history, for everything, my life and my work. I don’t claim to understand either of those, they make no sense to me but it’s what inspires me and what keeps me coming back for more, and trying to understand them.’
