Looking the world from new perspectives

Hemos abierto y cerrado puertas casi tantas veces como respiramos…pero ¿Nos hemos pensado a pensar si habría una manera diferente de hacerlo? El genial diseñador austríaco Klemens Torggler presenta con su impresionante “Evolution Door” una alternativa a la visagra convencional. El vídeo, que se ha vuelto viral con lo espectacular de su propuesta, desafía las convenciones para mostrar que todavía queda mucho por inventar.

En Holanda Next Arquitects ha instalado un puente que desafía las nociones de perspectiva. Inspirada en la cinta de Moebius (una superficie con una sóla cara y un sólo borde), la instalación artística pone al límite la ley de la gravedad y que nos propone un falso paso. Ahí donde parece que el puente continua, nos obliga a girar vuelta atrás.

Si no estás en el sitio correcto la obra de Felice Varini no tiene sentido. Sólo desde un único punto de vista sus murales adquieren un impresionante sentido estético. Esta trampa con la que juega Varini se llama anamorfósis y consiste en crear sensación de bidimensionalidad sobre uno o varios objetos tridimensionales. Algo así como una superposición sin necesidad de Photoshop.

Tres ejemplos de creatividad que ponen en evidencia lo elástico de los límites de la realidad y lo hermosa que puede resultar a veces la interacción con el mundo.

It seems that the bridge continues, but it forces us to turn back.
