The Global Nomad’s Guide: Pandelino (A Coruña)

The city of A Coruña, in the northwest of Spain, has unexpected spots in many of its most emblematic streets. Pandelino, near Lugo Square, is a place who joins the international trend of «slow food» with a cosy atmosphere, a short but well thought out menu, and gourmet artisanal and organic products shop.

Between its sweet, I like especially raspberry cheesecake, the swiss meringue and lemon tartlets, or their pancakes freshly made, with whipped cream and maple syrup. In the offer to eat, dine or enjoy a sunday brunch, I’ll stick with benedictine eggs stuffed with salmon or chicken tandoori with basmati rice.

In addition, they designed a special packaging to get their freshly made products where you want and, at the same time, be respectful with the environment.
