Welcome to Preventi Shoes. We Are Global Nomads

Spring Summer 2014. Men’s shoes trends

If last week we talked about the women’s trends for this summer, today it’s the turn for men. We want to suggest you a wave of possibilities and styles that are going to succeed this season. Which one are you going to pick?

This summer, the moccasins are presented in all sorts of textures, colors and designs. From Preventi we suggest you our new model designed by Álvaro Gonzalez Alorda, a complete brown leather moccasin with a tassel. In the case of Adieu, a new Parisian shoe brand inspired by the London’s subculture, they bet on a new and more modern moccasin in which the crucial importance is the platform of the moccasin. In contrast, Lanvin falls back to the conventional moccasin, but they add metal details to create contrast.

When it comes to the Oxford, designers have decided to experiment with them creating a wide range of styles and possibilities. Our favorite ones are the Savannah Canvas Oxford made by John Lobb in a camel color and hand made in Northampton. Our bestseller, the Preventi 186, offers the ankle boot version of this fireproof classic.

Thanks to the fusion of the Derby with the Oxford, the double buckle shoes called Monks appear stronger than ever for this season. For 2014, the predominant color for this shoe style is the blue in all of the tonalities. Church’s suggests it in navy blue embodied in suede leather that contrasts with the rubber sole in earth colors. The case of Mr. Hare is much more elegant and sophisticated. The dark blue, almost black, is the key player of the shoe. In Preventi, we have prepared for this next winter a classic version with one buckle and the ankle boot version with double buckle.
