Hoy nos hemos levantado con un nuevo mapamundi de la moda. Se llama STYLE MAP y es el nuevo proyecto del portal de referencia STYLE.COM del grupo Condé Nast. Más de sesenta editores de lujo desde más de treinta ciudades publicarán a diario sus rutas habituales y descubrimientos. “Nos gustaría poner ara a la globalización y no dejar el término sólo en manos de los economistas y políticos”, comenta Dirk Standen, editor jefe de la publicación.

La joyera Delfina Delettrez desde Roma, la cantante Courtney Love desde Nueva York, la actriz Rinko Kikuchi desde Tokio, la modelo Caroline de Maigret desde París, el editor y fotógrafo Nacho Alegre desde Barcelona o la diseñadora Vika Gazinskaya son algunos de los colaboradores que a diario irán nutriendo los contenidos de esta cartografía visual a golpe de móvil.

Para empezar, Kylie Minogue nos envía un par de fotos con dos de sus platos favoritos de El Celler de Can Roca, ahora el mejor restaurante del mundo según la Guía Michelin. Delfina Delettrez Fendi nos lleva de visita a “la mejor tienda vintage” de Roma y el editor Hong Sukwoo comparte algunas de sus lecturas de verano. We have woken up today with a new fashion world map. It’s called STYLE MAP and it is the new project from the pioneer fashion website STYLE.COM by Condé Nast. More than sixty renowned editors from more than thirty cities will publish daily their routes and discoverings. “We’d like to put a face to globalization and we do not want to leave that term in the hands of economists or politicians.” Explains editor-in-chief Dirk Standen.

Fine-Jewelery designer Delfina Delettrez from Rome, musician Courtney Love from New York, actress Rinko Kikuchi from Tokio, model Caroline de Maigret from París, editor and photographer Nacho Alegre from Barcelona and designer Vika Gazinskaya are some of the contributors that will dispatch daily the contents for that global project.
